Asset servicing company Apex has named Debbie Lee as its country head for China.
Based in Shanghai, Lee will report to Apac chief, Valerie Mantot-Groene.
In the newly created role, Lee will be responsible for driving the firm’s growth across the region, Apex stated.
Prior to joining Apex, Lee was market lead of fund services for TMF Group in China.
The appointment follows the recent recruitment of Claudia Bolanos, head of corporate services Apac, as Apex looks to grow its presence in the region which currently comprises seven offices and around US$40 billion in assets under administration.
