Deutsche Bank bolsters south Asian wealth team

Singapore on the mapDeutsche Bank Wealth Management has added two former DBS executives to its Singapore-based global south Asian (GSA) team. Shankar Jha has been appointed as managing director and group head, reporting to GSA head Amrit Singh. He will be joined by Sachin Thussu as a director and senior investment advisor reporting to head of investment management at GSA, Ritesh Goenka. Both new appointees worked previously for DBS Private Bank in Singapore. Deutsche’s GSA unit has been a prolific hirer in 2021, adding 14 relationship managers and three investment advisors across Dubai, Geneva and Singapore. © 2021 funds global asia
