Ogier opens Singapore office

Singapore skylineJersey-based fund services group, Ogier Global, has bolstered its Asia presence with an office in Singapore. The fiduciary services business will offer director and corporate administration services to funds based in the Caymans, British Virgin Islands and Singapore. The office will be led by two newly appointed associate directors, Mei Luo and Connie Chan. The move adds to Ogier’s existing presence in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai and, according to Ogier, has been inspired by the rising demand for experienced independent directors in the region. "The new Singapore office is an exciting milestone for Ogier Global and represents our commitment to the Asia market,” said Graham Gurney, chief operating officer at Ogier Global. “It's also an important strategic step for the business, providing us with a greater level of on-the-ground Asian coverage and insight than ever before.” © 2021 funds global asia
