Geneva-based bank Reyl & Cie has named Antoine Denaiffe as chief executive of its Singapore operation.
Denaiffe, a corporate advisory and private equity entrepreneur, joined Reyl last year. He replaces Nicolas Duchêne, a partner at the bank, who is returning to Geneva.
“With his appointment, we are able to maintain a strong leadership at Reyl Singapore, an affiliate which is ideally positioned to capitalize on the region’s extraordinary growth potential and entrepreneurial drive,” said François Reyl, chief executive.
Denaiffe began his career as a banking and finance lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre. He co-founded Finquest, a technology platform, and Partanea, a merger and acquisition advisory firm.
Founded in 1973, Reyl Group manages more than 15 billion Swiss francs ($15.5 billion).
