T Rowe Price hires head of multi-asset in Asia

Mixed-sweetsUS-based asset manager T Rowe Price has appointed Thomas Poullaouec as head of multi-asset solutions for the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Hong Kong, Poullaouec will work with investors in the region on defined outcome investments and targeted solutions. He will report to Peter Austin, global head of multi-asset solutions. “We are excited to broaden our engagement with investors in the Asia-Pacific by bringing a wide array of world-class global equity and fixed income strategies that represent as building blocks for our solutions,” said Austin, in a statement. Poullaouec joins from State Street Global Advisors, where he was head of strategy and research for its investment solutions group. He has also worked for BNP Paribas.
