T. Rowe Price makes senior Australia distribution appointment

T. Rowe Price has appointed Darren Hall as the head of distribution for Australia and New Zealand. Hall’s appointment is effective from 28 August when he will succeed Murray Brewer, who is due to retire after 14 years with the Baltimore-headquartered investment manager. Hall currently serves as the head of intermediary for Australia. As the head of distribution for Australia and New Zealand, Hall’s responsibilities will include the institutional and financial intermediary businesses. He will report to Nick Trueman, head of distribution for Asia Pacific at the firm. Trueman is based in Singapore. Based in Sydney, Hall brings two decades of experience to his new role. He has spent 13 years with T. Rowe Price and his prior experience includes stints at Schroder Investments Australia and Credit Suisse Asset Management. T. Rowe Prince manages just over US$1 trillion of assets as of March 31, 2020. © 2020 funds global asia
