Eastspring Investments has hired four portfolio managers to join its equity teams, which manage $30 billion out of the firm's total of $125 billion under management.
Bonnie Chan joins as a portfolio manager for the Asian Infrastructure Fund having previously worked at Macquarie Equity Research, Blackrock Investment Management and, most recently, as a senior analyst for transportation and infrastructure at Jefferies, Hong Kong.
Mandeep Sachdeva joins the Global Emerging Markets (Asia) focus team focusing on Asian emerging market equities, having previously worked for Fidelity in London as well as Orbis Investment Advisory and Citigroup.
Arthur Kadish joins the Regional Asia focus team from Primrose Capital Management in Shanghai, where he was a partner. He had previously worked at Orbis Investment Advisory.
Shea Pei Shee joins the Equity Income focus team having been an investment director at Leedon Capital Group and, before that, an investment analyst at Fidelity.
Eastspring is the Asian asset management arm of insurance firm Prudential. It operates in ten Asian markets and employs nearly 2,500 people in Asia.
